I'm hungry.

SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE

Ok so I have yo-yo-ed a bit in the past month and ended up 10 s 3. great. SO, I always lose weight, put it back on, lose it again, put even more on...etc... so for once I'm going to take the experts advice and lose weight slowely, healthily. I guess people are always looking for a quick fix. well here is my experiment: lose 1 stone and a half in 10 weeks. that's at a healthy rate of 2 lbs a week, (with a bit more in the first week, as you always lose a little more) and then slowing down to 1lb a week as I approach my goal weight. I don't know why it seems so problematic for it to take that long, 10 weeks is no time at all! this summer has been that long and it's flown by, and I'm in exactly the same position as I was before.

SO hopefully this may actually work? starting from 12th sept, let's see if this works.

START

Ok, so I am starting my weight-loss/swap bodies with Alexandria Ambrosia regime today. Well, technically I started it yesterday. Here are my stats to date:
Weight:                   142lbs / 10 stone 2 (the heaviest I have ever been..!)

Fat %:                    27.9%
Muscle %:               35.5%
Water %:                49.5%
 BMI:                        22.9

Boobs-Waist-Hips:  37- 30.5 -39
Belly:                        36
Thigh:                       22.25

GOAL:
27/08/11               126 lbs / 9 stone

SO I am going  to try and lose 16 lbs in 25days.

N.B// I know this might seem like losing it too fast, but I have actually just put on a lot of weight quickly from binging, so I believe it is just superficial and will hopefully drop off once I start wating healthily and exercising.

Additionally, I will be monitoring my muscle and water % so I can tell if I am merely losing these and not fat!

I will measure/weigh myself on Mondays and Fridays preceeding this date and will also be posti ng photos to help track my weight loss journey.
