SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE

Ok so I have yo-yo-ed a bit in the past month and ended up 10 s 3. great. SO, I always lose weight, put it back on, lose it again, put even more on...etc... so for once I'm going to take the experts advice and lose weight slowely, healthily. I guess people are always looking for a quick fix. well here is my experiment: lose 1 stone and a half in 10 weeks. that's at a healthy rate of 2 lbs a week, (with a bit more in the first week, as you always lose a little more) and then slowing down to 1lb a week as I approach my goal weight. I don't know why it seems so problematic for it to take that long, 10 weeks is no time at all! this summer has been that long and it's flown by, and I'm in exactly the same position as I was before.

SO hopefully this may actually work? starting from 12th sept, let's see if this works.
